Hoo can win at Sandown ?
It will be a totally different race at Sandown – right-handed for starters - and previous course and distance winner HOO LA BALOO looks a reasonable bet. Trained by the in-form Paul Nicholls who knocked bookies for six at Wincanton two weekends ago, Hoo La Baloo has taken time to find winning form but is now on a sequence which has seen him win five of his last six races. There was no disgrace in his only defeat during this sequence – a four length runner-up to the hugely promise Racing Demon over course and distance in December.
Top weight Dempsey is an obvious danger.

A cracking card to look forward to at Sandown on Saturday which has been boosted by the addition of the Victor Chandler Handicap Chase from the abandoned card at Cheltenham last weekend.
